Develop Charisma and Become More Likable
Special Benefits The Consort can use all Charisma-based Rogue and General nonweapon proficiencies as though his Charisma score were 2 points higher than it is. (If his Charisma is 15 and he has Etiquette proficiency, his skill is a 17.) Even with the bonus, however, his proficiency cannot have a score higher than 18.
A uniquely Western form of combat entertainment particularly popular in both the United States and Mexico, professional wrestling relies on a combination of acting, raw charisma, and brute athleticism. Professional wrestling has its roots in Greco-Roman wrestling, with the addition of acrobatics, aerial maneuvers, and improvised weapons.
One of the key differences between a trained martial artist and an untrained fighter is the emphasis on qualities other than brute strength. One of the main reasons students take up the martial arts is to defend themselves without resorting to brute strength alone. For this reason, most martial arts attacks are modified by an ability other than Strength. If a style focuses on speed, Dexterity will modify attack rolls. If a style has extensive philosophical underpinnings, as do many animal styles that focus on a connection with nature, then attacks will be modified by Wisdom. If a style focuses on deception (allowing you, for example, to make an opponent think you are weak and then strike when least expected), attacks will be modified by Charisma. Lastly, there are styles which, despite their higher level of sophistication, still rely on Strength, such as Boxing and Wrestling. Attacks using these styles will be modified by Strength.
As with other rogue builds, Dexterity is your most important ability score, because it boosts the accuracy and the potcncy of your ranged attacks. Powers for the build also gain benefits from Intelligence, so it should be your next highest ability score. If you plan to take any powers related to the brawny rogue build, make Strength your tertiary choice otherwise, you should choose Charisma.
Lee had little regard for the special powers that some traditional martial-arts masters claimed. This didn't prevent admirers from ascribing such abilities to him - a result of his charisma, skill, and fame. The cinematic components below reflect Lee's exploits in the movies.

Effect Great Kiai has the same effect as Kiai, with one additional element if your opponent fails his save, he is flat-footed for a number of rounds equal to 1 plus your Charisma modifier. This ability counts against your Ki. You may only call on your Ki (for any purpose) a number of times per day equal to your Wisdom modifier. Calling on Ki is a move-equivalent action.
At 10th level, the stalker may cast domination, once per day, as a spell-like ability, targeting one of his victims. In addition, a 10th level Goju no longer needs the presence of the Shadow Dragon to recruit new Goju. If the stalker has performed a very serious criminal act for a victim (see above) and the victim is held helpless, the stalker can force his victim to make a Will save (DC 10 + the stalker's Charisma modifier) or accumulate one Shadow Point. This DC increases by 2 for each consecutive hour, whether or not the victim makes his Will saves successfully. If interrupted for more than one round at any point during this period, the process is ruined and must begin again.
Brotherhood of Radiation Martial Arts Style History Many members of the Brotherhood breed these vicious predators the way primitive man bred dogs for hunting and defense. Their admiration of the creatures has risen to the point that some members of the Brotherhood have adopted a fighting style that seeks to emulate the Rad Wolf's slashing style, leaping in and knocking an opponent to the ground, then finishing him with a bite to the jugular.
The mystic warrior archetype presented below is a sorcerer martial artist, and at high levels is capable of a lot of things you see in Hong Kong action films, such as flying around and moving supernaturally quick, and has probably acquired a style mastery feat. If you're Lawful Good and have a good Charisma, consider taking a level of paladin
Paladin Of all the multiclass possibilities for rogues, paladin might seem like a strange choice. Paladins have a reputation for being righteous do-gooders, but your character doesn't need to follow this archetype. A paladin can worship any deity, including deities that rogues favor. If you have taken one of the rogue builds that uses Charisma or Strength as a secondary ability score, you'll have a reasonable ability score for paladin attacks. Half-lings and drow make surprisingly good characters of this sort. As long as your character has a strong Dexterity and Strength or Charisma as a secondary score, he or she can succeed with this combination. Warlock If your rogue has Charisma as a secondary ability score, multiclassing into warlock adds ranged arcane powers to his or her repertoire. The fey and dark pacts fit best and can help you create interesting role-playing hooks. The dark and unfathomable nature of these pacts can tie in nicely to a rogue who has a mysterious past. You...

Some who fall under Bane's gaze embrace their role as paragons of war, serving the Black Hand willingly. You are not bound to this fate. Banc is a terrible tyrant, yet he has great admiration for mortals who excel in martial virtues such as discipline, courage, and skill at arms. Above all. Bane is delighted by victory. A hero who battles for good and eschews tyranny might oppose what Bane stands for, but if he or she is brave, skillful, and triumphant, the master of war is darkly pleased even in defeat.
Drow Rogues Drow (Forgotten Realms* Player's Guide, page 8) have bonuses to both Dexterity and Charisma, and they have racial bonuses to Intimidate and Stealth. These bonuses make them an exceptional fit for the cutthroat rogue build. A drow also works well as a trickster rogue or an aerialist rogue. The drow's primary advantage is the Lolthtouched racial trait. Both of the powers it grants (cloud of darkness and darkfire) let you create combat advantage, though cloud of darkness is your best choice because you don't have to make an attack roll to gain it, and it makes foes struggle to hit you. Gnome Rogues The gnome is an excellent shadowy rogue due to its bonuses to Charisma and Intelligence. Gnomes have a knack for keeping out of their enemies' sight, with a racial bonus to Stealth checks combined with the Reactive Stealth racial trait. Even if a gnome is Halfling Rogue Few combinations are more iconic than the halfling rogue. Halfllngs make the best trickster rogues. Halflings...
Effect Once per battle, you may emit a Kiai Shout, which renders your target flat-footed for one round unless he succeeds in a Will save (DC 10 + your Charisma modifier + your level - target's level). This ability counts against your Ki. You may only call on your Ki (for any purpose) a number of times per day equal to your Wisdom modifier. Calling on Ki is a move-equivalent action.
Rules Notes In his youth, Sume was a skilled and stealthy spy, though his advanced age now limits his physical abilities. Sume excels in deceit and manipulation, though he prefers the truth when possible. He is extremely charismatic and has a large number of skills and feats that augment his natural charm. He also commands great personal loyalty both from the students of Honor's Sacrifice and the more legitimate operatives of the Ikoma family.
MuscleMag started as a modest monthly publication which continued to improve and thrive throughout the years. Today, it's not only the most comprehensive magazine on the market, but it's also the longest running bodybuilding magazine to date. (Weider's magazine titles have changed throughout the years. Muscle Builder Power was the forerunner to Muscle and Fitness.) Besides Weider, Bob Kennedy is the most successful muscle magazine publisher of all time. He's also one of the gang. He loves bodybuilding and still maintains his enthusiasm for new and interesting theories which will more effectively help people reach their bodybuilding goals. In fact, he is the inventor of the Pre-Exhaust principle of training which is a staple of many a successful bodybuilder's routine. What is also unique about Bob is that he is one of the most trusted and well liked personalities in the business. Bob Kennedy not only set a new standard in bodybuilding journalism, he proved that nice guys can finish...
If reduced to zero or fewer hit points, the shadowboxer merges back with the cloak, and the wearer no longer casts a shadow, even if the cloak is removed. Characters who do not cast a shadow cannot activate the cloak and have a -6 enhancement penalty to their Charisma from the subtle, disconcerting effect, unless in very dark areas. Gaining your shadow back requires a remove curse spell by a 15th level or higher caster.
Insightful Presence When any ally who can see you spends an action point to take an extra action, that ally gains a bonus to all defenses equal to half your Wisdom modifier or half your Charisma modifier until the end of your next turn. Your attack powers rely on Strength, so make that your primary ability score. Wisdom is your second priority, because it helps you perceive foes and anticipate their actions. Ifyou choose the Insightful Presence class feature, you can use Wisdom or Charisma, so pick one of those ability scores as your tertiary ability score depending on which other warlord build you want to dabble in.
The following is a good test of rapport When you think you and the subject resonate like tuning forks placed near each other, intentionally begin changing the breathing rate, then the posture, then the tone of the conversation, to a topic of your choosing. If the subject is sad, remind him, in terms he can use, of happier experiences. If he has won a great or even modest victory, rejoice in it with him. Feel the electricity of each moment. Experience the magnetism of charismatic individuals, relive fond memories through the eyes of the elderly, marvel at the wonder of an infant's curiosity.
Spells A Shosuro Tejina casts divine spells from the Shosuro Tejina spell list (page 31) according to table 1-1 The Shosuro Tejina and Table 1-2 Shosuro Tejina Spells Known. Tejina cast spells as sorcerers, without needing to prepare specific spells in advance or maintain a spellbook. Shosuro Tejina receive bonus spells for high Charisma, and to cast a spell a Shosuro Tejina must have a Charisma score at lease equal to 10 + the level of the spell (Cha 10 for 0-level spells, Cha 11 for 1st-level spells, and so forth). The DC for a saving throw against a Shosuro Tejina's spell is 10 + the spell's level + the Shosuro Tejina's Charisma modifier. In order to cast spells from this class, the Shosuro Tejina must have Void Points remaining equal to the level of the spell. Levels of Tejina stack with other shugenja levels for determining the caster level of shugenja spells, but not for determining shugenja spells per day or total shugenja spells known. Shadows and Air Upon reaching 6th level,...
After Lee's death, his popularity hit an all-time high. Enter the Dragon launched the action-movie genre, and interest exploded in Chinese martial arts and Asian martial arts in general. Hong Kong and Hollywood alike sought the next Bruce Lee but found no one who could match his onscreen charisma, fantastic fitness, and sheer skill. To this day, Lee memorabilia, books, and movies continue to sell. His legacy of influence over the martial arts in America is immeasurable.
