I'm on top in the double attack position.

Pressing my weight in^ Beach's upper back to crunch his body forward, I create the space needed to pull my right leg out from underneath my body. Then I begin rolling to my back and swinging my right leg around Beach's right hip.

To secure the back position, I wrap my right leg around his right hip.

I circle around him in a counterclockwise direction, post on my right knee, and press

I'm on top of Paco in the double attack position.

I drop my head and place it against Paco's left shoulder. As I pull my right arm out from underneath his head, I begin to slide my left arm underneath his head.
