It is natural to purchase a training book and immediately flip to the sample exercise routines. Although you may be eager to learn the exercises, I strongly recommend that you read through this book in its entirety before beginning these training routines. This book is designed in a way where each section focuses on one specific aspect of the overall training process. Each section will thoroughly detail the movements with illustrations and comprehensive descriptions. I will present loads of information, which may seem like a lot to grasp. It is not important to memorize each exercise on your first reading.
