10x Your Memory Power
It is natural to purchase a training book and immediately flip to the sample exercise routines. Although you may be eager to learn the exercises, I strongly recommend that you read through this book in its entirety before beginning these training routines. This book is designed in a way where each section focuses on one specific aspect of the overall training process. Each section will thoroughly detail the movements with illustrations and comprehensive descriptions. I will present loads of information, which may seem like a lot to grasp. It is not important to memorize each exercise on your first reading.
It is not an art of choreography, it is not an art of technique, it is not an art of form. This does not mean it does not have choreographed sequences, techniques, or forms, this means that all of these things are rooted in theory and principle and thus there is an almost unlimited potential for variation in technique or form as long as the technique or form adheres to the underlying principles or energies of the movement being studied. Therefore, in examining, researching, or training the moves of Ba Gua Zhang, one should try to capture the principles of body motion, the internal harmony associated with the motion, and the energy movement inherent in the motion, not simply memorize a sequence of physical motions. While components of body alignment and mechanics are always important concepts to grasp in any motion, the underlying principles become far more important once the body alignments, connections and mechanics are understood.
To aid the sniper team in navigation, the team should memorize the route by studying maps, aerial photos, or sketches. The team notes distinctive features (hills, streams, roads) and its location in relation to the route. It plans an alternate route in case the primary route cannot be used. It plans offsets to circumvent known obstacles to movement. The team uses terrain countdown, which involves memorizing terrain features from the start point to the objective, to maintain the route. During the mission, the sniper team mentally counts each terrain feature, thus ensuring it maintains the proper route.
L-Tyrosine - The brain uses L-Tyrosine to synthesize the neurotransmitters norepinephrine and dopamine. These neurotransmitters are important for clear thinking, long-term memory, and feelings of alertness and stability. L-Tyrosine serves as a nutritional stimulant to the brain. It will help to prolong the effects of various energy formulas such as caffeine.
Due to the primary and secondary missions of the sniper, minimum skill sustainment should include observation, range estimation, concealment, concealed movement, and rifle firing. Sustainment of these skills may best be accomplished through sniper training exercises and unit-level live-fire exercises. (DA Pamphlet 350-38 outlines the frequency and ammunition requirements needed to conduct sniper training.) Sniper training exercises provide snipers with practical experience in detecting and engaging realistic targets under field conditions on ranges comparable to a battlefield. This training also provides snipers with a means to practice the various sniper training fundamentals that has been taught previously, often collectively. These exercises mayor may not be graded however, competition is a proven method to obtain the desired results. At the end of the exercises, the trainer critiques each sniper on his performance. These exercises include zeroing and practice fire, field fire...
Skills Required Stealth, strength, and combat prowess are all valuable to an assassin, but perhaps their most underestimated resource is patience. Many ninja have hastened their own demises by striking at a target too soon. The best assassins monitor a target well in advance, memorizing their habits and routines, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike with maximum efficiency and minimum risk.
Notice that I use the words If you follow these routines. Anyone can purchase this book and memorize the exercises and nutritional advice. Simply reading through the book will not make you a Warrior. If you truly want to be the best, you must prepare yourself for a long journey of hard work and dedication.
Time I have to use my pin, I remember the story rather than the pin number. However, the amazing thing is, that after a short time, I no longer even remember the story, as it has become sub-conscious or 'long term memory'. Therefore, the pin number just comes without any conscious thought. Doing it this way, there is no chance that you will forget the number after some time of not using it as it has become long term, like your name. No one forgets their name unless they have some memory disease. And it is the same with the martial arts, before long, the self-defence applications go into your long term memory and you no longer have to think about them, they will just happen if you are ever attacked. When you are first imagining the opponent in front of you and performing the self-defence applications against his attacks, you must have it in your mind as vividly as possible. See what clothing the attacker is wearing. Is he small or large, dark or light coloured hair and complexion Is he...
Reread the chapter on the target areas and make sure that you know off by heart ever)' single nerve centre of the body. Memorize the damage that is caused by a blow to the nerves or joints in the area and related areas. If you are going to resort to nerve blows then you must know what you are doing and you must be aware of the damage you can cause. Practice - very carefully and softly - with a training partner until you know these moves well, and if you are going to use them, in a life and death situation, then don't hesitate.
The operation order is issued in the standard OPORD format. Extensive use of terrain models, sketches, and chalkboards should be made to highlight important details such as routes, planned rally points, and actions at known danger areas. All aspects of the OPORD should be thoroughly understood by the sniper team to include memorizing the following
